Model The driver is intend for:
LDD-10 Power supply for single laser diode (operating voltage up to 2V) in CW and pulse regime.
Range of laser diode operating current – 0.1-8.0 A
LDD-10M Power supply for laser diode modules (operating voltage up to 6V) in CW and pulse regime.

LDD-10N Power supply for single laser diode (operating voltage up to 2V) in CW and pulse regime.

Laser Diode Driver is intended for:

  • power supply of laser diode (LD) with stabilized current in continuous wave and pulsed modes

  • control of the LD current

  • stabilization and control of LD temperature

  • control of LD optical power by means of photodiode built into LD case

  • LD protection against electrical damage and disturbances of the thermal mode

Basic features:

  • Power supply for laser diode with stabilized current in continuous wave and pulse modes

  • Stabilization and visual check of the laser diode operating current with the possibility to control and limit it

  • Protection against electrical damage and overheating

  • Stabilization and control of laser diode temperature

  • Control of the optical power using monitor photodiode

  • Storage of total driver working time

  • Rough and precise modes of parameter adjustment

  • External modulation with TTL-level signal

  • Connection with remote computer via RS-232 interface
